Ingredients:
- 100g Cote D'Or culinary dark chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 175C
- melt chocolate on stove
- pour melted chocolate into bowl filled with flour
- gently stir the chocolate until it becomes a matted clump
- mix in an egg
- place mounds evenly spaced on cookie sheet
- cook for 20 minutes
